A: To resolve this issue do a complete shutdown and restart of your phone or tablet.

A: CR2032 for the LevelMatePRO® and CR2450 for the LevelMatePRO+®

A: No. LevelMatePRO® automatically compensates for unlevel installation of the device, as well as walls that are not plumb where the device is installed.

A: No. LevelMatePRO® uses Bluetooth® 5 for wireless communication between your phone or tablet and the LevelMatePRO® device. No other communication connectivity is required, so even if you are completely off the grid, LevelMatePRO® will still operate.

A: No. Like any Bluetooth device, LevelMatePRO® can only maintain one connection at a time. You can link any number of phones or tablets with a single LevelMatePRO® device, but only one at a time can be connected. If you have linked your LevelMatePRO® with multiple phones/tablets, but can’t connect to one of them, ensure that you don’t still have the app running on the phone/tablet that will connect.

A: Yes, but you will not need to enter all of the configuration settings. Although most configuration and calibration settings recorded during LevelMatePRO® installation are permanently stored on the unit, the Vehicle Type, Measurement Resolution, and Driver Side of Road settings may be stored on the phone/tablet depending on which model you have. Once the initial setup is complete, when other smartphones or tablets are linked to your LevelMatePRO®, you will need to start the app on the newly linked phone or tablet and enter the correct values for the Vehicle Type, Measurement Resolution, and Driver Side of Road settings if needed for your model.

A: Yes. LevelMatePRO® incorporates Bluetooth® 5 which has increased range. However if you have a towable RV, it is recommended that you install your device as close to the front of your vehicle as possible to obtain the highest signal strength.

A: Phones or tablets must be running a minimum of iOS 11 for Apple® products or Android 5 for products running Android. Apple Watch® app requires WatchOS 6 or higher.  In addition, the phone or tablet must support Bluetooth® 4.0 or higher.

A: No. The LevelMatePRO® ignores the current font size settings for your phone or tablet to avoid graphic problems associated with using a non-default font size.

A: Yes. LevelMatePRO® has modes for both towable and driveable vehicles. The driveable mode will display the height required at each wheel to reach a level position.

A: Currently, 480 pixels x 800 pixels is the smallest screen size/lowest screen resolution supported by the LevelMatePRO app.
